Terms & Conditions-Campsite
ALL pitches
Check-in
Check-in is from 1:00pm on the day of arrival. Early arrivals are only permitted by prior arrangement with site management.
Check-out
All pitches must be vacated by 11:00am on the day of departure unless a later departure has been agreed in advance.
Pitch Allocation
Pitch numbers may be changed prior to your arrival. Please check the notice board at the campsite entrance for your allocated pitch before proceeding onto the site.
Quiet Hours
To ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful stay, we operate a strict quiet policy between 10:30pm and 8:00am. During these hours, please keep noise to an absolute minimum and avoid unnecessary vehicle movements.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled up to 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival, or failure to arrive without prior notice ("no-shows"), are non-refundable.
Any exception to this policy is entirely at the discretion of Acomb Grange Campsite, and refunds or booking amendments may be offered where agreed by site management.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist where we can.
Weather Policy
We are unable to offer refunds due to adverse weather conditions. If severe weather is forecast, please contact us before your arrival. At the discretion of Acomb Grange Campsite, we may offer to transfer your booking to an alternative date where circumstances allow, although this cannot be guaranteed.
Dogs
We welcome well-behaved dogs, subject to the following conditions:

A maximum of 2 dogs per pitch is permitted.

Dogs that fall under the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted on site.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times whilst on the campsite.

Dogs must not be left unattended at any time.

Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs immediately.

Excessive barking or aggressive behaviour may result in guests being asked to leave the site without refund.
Children
Children are welcome at Acomb Grange Campsite but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children's safety and behaviour whilst on site.
Commercial Vehicles
Sign-written or commercial vehicles are not permitted on the campsite unless prior permission has been obtained from site management.
Awnings, Gazebos & Additional Tents
Guests are responsible for ensuring that awnings, gazebos and additional tents are erected safely and securely. Acomb Grange Campsite cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused by adverse weather or incorrectly secured equipment.
BBQs & Fire Pits
For the safety of all guests:

Only fire pits hired directly from Acomb Grange Campsite may be used.

Raised charcoal BBQs are permitted, provided they are kept off the ground.

Disposable BBQs must not be placed directly onto the grass.

Open fires are not permitted.

All BBQs and fire pits must be fully extinguished before being left unattended.
Chemical Toilet Waste
To protect our septic tank system and the environment, blue chemical toilet fluids must not be used in any portable or cassette toilets brought onto the campsite.
Only septic tank-friendly (green or environmentally friendly) toilet chemicals may be used and emptied into the designated cassette toilet disposal point.
If you are unsure whether your toilet chemical is suitable, please ask a member of staff before using the disposal facilities.
Personal Property
Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and equipment at all times. Although CCTV operates in certain areas of the site, coverage is limited and should not be relied upon for security. Acomb Grange Campsite accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to personal property, vehicles or their contents. We recommend that all guests have appropriate travel or holiday insurance in place before their stay.
Acceptance
By making a booking and staying at Acomb Grange Campsite, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Failure to do so may result in your booking being terminated and you may be asked to leave the site without refund.
